Warranty & care

Workmanship

[One (1) year] from closeout date on DCM Outdoor installation labor (base prep, paver setting, border construction, and planting installation). Does not cover damage from vehicles, utilities, third-party work, or lack of maintenance.

Plant material

Living material is warranted for [30 / 90] days when watering and care instructions are followed. Replacement is limited to material cost; labor for replacement after the warranty window is billed separately.

Pavers & sealer

Belgard and Alliance Gator products carry manufacturer warranties. Sealer and polymeric sand performance depend on cure time, drainage, and cleaning products used — avoid harsh de-icing chemicals on pavers where possible.

Aftercare — first 30 days

  • Water new plantings deeply 3×/week unless rainfall exceeds 1″
  • Keep foot and pet traffic off poly sand until fully cured
  • Report any settlement, edge movement, or plant stress promptly

Acceptance

By signing below, the client confirms scope on page 2 and the Good plant package on page 3 are complete (except punch items noted), accepts the account summary on page 4, and authorizes final payment of $14,552.38 (unless payments above are updated).
