What happened with pricing. The first PDF you received included an investment summary showing Good at $18,900 ($17,059 hardscape + $1,850 plants) for the original front-elevation scope. After your annotated photos (May 5), the updated bed layout, soldier-course borders, and May 20–23 planting plan, totals were revised. Your accepted tier is Good at $22,800 — that is the price on the signature page and the price used for billing and closeout. The $18,900 figure is superseded; this note documents the change for both records.

- Payment: 50% deposit to order materials and schedule; balance due upon completion.
- Materials: Pavers and plants sourced SiteOne at contractor cost — no markup on material.
- Warranty: One (1) year workmanship; manufacturer warranties on products.
- Changes: Additions agreed in writing before work; closeout documents as-built adjustments separately.
Additional haul-off if needed: $350/load. Back yard grading quoted separately when scoped.
